Based on the work of Rossi Braidotti, the article uses the manga series Ghost in the Shell to explore the current anachronism of Social Sciences and Humanities in the face of the interpretive challenges through the transformation of reality and the implications through the generalized use of robotics, algorithmic and biogenetic technologies. Thus, the article inquires as to what extent new ontologies, ideologies and metaphysics of presence problematize the human condition even more.
