This article aims to understand how a series of audiovisual mediations were developed around the epistemology of research-creation, using a narrative based on what Carl Gustav Jung calls the “archetype of initiation,” with educational and learning purposes. To construct this narrative, the authors designed various characters and wrote a script framed within the adventure and comedy genres. The article concludes that it is essential to prioritize the learner’s subjectivation processes in relation to the content taught in courses, with the aim of fostering a personalized learning journey that may eventually take multiple directions.
